Orders within Singapore typically arrive within 3-5 business days (UTC/GMT +8:00), including processing and shipping. We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS for reliable delivery.
Shipping Cost
- Orders over S$39: Free Shipping
- Orders under S$39: S$5 shipping fee
Delivery Time
We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address. This email will include tracking details so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Change of Delivery Address
- No Fee for changing the shipping address before we provide you with the tracking number.
- Once the tracking number is generated, changes to the delivery address may no longer be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your address.
Order Tracking
- If you have already registered on gratehuli.com, you can track your order, shipping, and handling information directly on your account.
- If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order using your Order ID and email address on the "Track Order" page.
Order Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at gratehuli@outlook.com.
- We will not charge additional handling fees and will provide a full refund.
- Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
